Anyone familiar with Arizona knows that in the summer, weather systems move up from Mexico. When the moisture aloft hits dry hot air, we get what is called the MONSOON. This year folks were referring to the season as the NONSOON since we hadn’t gotten much rain. Well, this month we have gotten a lot of rain. In fact, we now are ahead of the normal summer precipitation, which is really a good thing. Last year was very dry with drought conditions.
